At Spotminders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Spotminders account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the device is in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
